At the beginning of 2017, Senator Elizabeth Warren was ejected from the senate for reading a letter written by Mrs. Coretta Scott King in 1989 regarding then Attorney General nominee Jeff Sessions's attempt to intimidate elderly African American voters as well as his politically-motivated voting fraud prosecutions. I immediately produced the "She Persisted" hard enamel pin and put it in my Etsy shop, where it sold out in about a week, so I decided to do a Kickstarter to expand the color range. Through Kickstarter, I and over 1K amazing backers were able to unite over the cause of women's rights to produce the "She Persisted" Pantone Enamel pin series. Then at my backers' request, I ran two more campaigns, "She Persisted" Enamel Pin in Black, and then later, the "She Persisted" Pendant Now that Senator Warren has thrown her hat into the 2020 race for the democratic nomination to be the presidential candidate, I'd like to offer up the remainder of the pins and pendants from the previous campaigns. I had ordered extras just in case unexpected things happened, so this campaign is an effort to get the remainder of these pins to people who missed the first few campaigns but still want one at the kickstarter backer price. I'd also like to produce a NEW "We Persisted" Pin in white + rose gold and black + rose gold, to be more inclusive for those who do not Identify with "She/Her" pronouns and also because we ALL will get through this dark hour.
