1. Information We Get When You Use Our Services

We collect (or plan in version 1.0 to collect) the following analytics:

1.      A unique json token linked to each public Ethereum address generated by each local wallet.

2.      Number of times the app was opened per day for each json token.

3.      Number of times each tab was accessed within the app for each json token.

4.      Favorited projects for each json token (this will allow us to sort projects by popularity).

2. Information You Choose to Give Us

When you create a wallet, a user session with an authentication token is created unique to that device. If you are using chat (a possible upcoming feature), that user session is linked to a username, which we store on our server. If you are a creator, your user session is linked to data about your creator profile. In all cases, we do not store your UUID on our server.

We do not store and cannot access your private key or passphrase, and therefore cannot access any tokens or Ether in your account. We cannot recover lost funds, and each user is responsible for securely storing and backing up their wallet passphrase.

In the long term, we may migrate our chat and creator portal servers to the blockchain if Ethereum scales to handle larger datasets at a reasonable cost. For more information on scaling Ethereum, refer to the work of the Ethereum Foundation and proposed solutions like

It should be noted that for any and all personal information, reasonable steps will be taken to store and secure that information in our facilities with the appropriate cybersecurity safeguards. All information collected and/or processed will be subject to Third Party Verifier’s privacy policy.

3. Information We Get From Third Parties

We use publicly available blockchain information to update the app. This information is accessible by scanning Ethereum blocks and checking the state of the Ethereum blockchain via public full nodes. At any time, you can use information from public nodes to verify balances or transaction information in our app.

We also query third party price endpoints to determine prices of Ether and Elix. This is strictly done for research purposes and to price our products/services according to market rates.

4.      How do we use your personal information?
